I haven't always enjoyed my sensuality and sexuality as I honestly do now, especially growing up as a nice little Italian Catholic girl in Norwood, Massachusetts, surrounded with shame and guilt around the female body.Still deep down inside me,I knew there was more to experience. There was the vulnerable, childlike part of my heart that I had always protected even though I imagined and dreamed of surrendering in wild abandonment within.
You see Sexuality has been given a bad name and relegated to the bottom of the barrel on this planet. Most religions condition us to believe that our sin is self abuse of the body by sexually touching it however it is really the opposite... I know in my heart that the REAL SIN is actually abusing the body by ignoring and despising it. So you see this erroneous belief and festering wound about our sexuality is stored in the cellular memory of everyone, not from this lifetime necessarily, but from thousands of years of misappropriate use
Now in order to use it as a bridge to spiral us to higher levels of consciousness and bliss,(seldom used on our planet) it will be necessary for us all to clear the confusion and deep negativity associated with our sexuality from this lifetime as well as being aware as to how we express this sexual energy in ourselves and with others. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal within and most assuredly deserves a spiritually fulfilling sex life. Infact it is actually essential in order to mature and evolve as a human being, lovingly inspiring others in the process. That is why it is my endeavor to bring the sacred back to sexual love…
The single most important question to ask yourself right now is this..."Is my love life truly a fulfilling experience, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually"? Are you using it to develop intimacy rather then avoid it? It is about time we all stop hiding our dark side of our sexuality and stop sweeping it under the rug.Instead let's embrace it as the ecstatic frequency to our higher self that it truly is...cultivating this rare gift in order to live and love more expansively.
It's not necessarily what you don't know that is a hindrance to your sexual expression, it's what you know that just isn't so that is the problem!
